Who are the 19 newly appointed ministers in the KP Sharma Oli government?

Kathmandu, 2080/3/31, President Ramchandra Paudel appointed CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli as Prime Minister of Nepal on Friday, after he claimed the position with the support of the UML, Nepali Congress, and other political groups.

Here are the names of 19 newly appointed ministers in the K.P. Sharma Oli government.

  1. Minister for Communications and Information Technology : Prithvi Subba Gurung
  2. Minister for Home Affairs: Ramesh Lekhak 
  3. Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security: Sharat Singh Bhandari
  4. Minister for Foreign Affairs: Dr. Arzu Rana
  5. Minister for Water Supply and Sanitation: Pradip Yadav
  6. Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation: Balaram Adhikari
  7. Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies: Damodar Bhandari 
  8. Minister for Women, Children, and Senior Citizens:  Nawal Kishor Shah Sudi
  9. Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport: Devendra Dahal
  10. Minister for Youth and Sports: Tejulal Chaudhary 
  11. Minister for Health and Population: Pradip Paudel
  12. Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs: Ajay Kumar Chaurasiya
  13. Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation: Badri Prasad Pandey
  14. Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Development: Ramnath Adhikari 
  15. Minister for Education, Science and Technology: Bidhya Bhattarai
  16. Minister for Defense: Manbir Rai
  17. Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation: Deepak Khadka
  18. Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration: Raj Kumar Gupta
  19. Minister for Forests and Environment: Ain Bahadur Shahi 

Following this, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli swore an oath before the President. It was followed by the swearing-in ceremony for Deputy Prime Ministers Prakashman Singh and Bishnu Prasad Paudel.
